Duties include

• Helping with production tasks likesorting, packaging, labelling, and lifting.
• Operating a finishing machine (TXR).
• Checking products for quality and spotting defects.
• Following safety and work instructions while keeping the team running smoothly.
• Problem-solving on the go and learning new skills along the way.

About You

• Prior packing or production experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning.
• A strong focus on safety and following procedures.
• Reliable transport and full Australian working rights required.
