HR Administrator
Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? Join our team as an HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
In this position, you'll work closely with our HR team to help create a positive employee experience while ensuring accurate records, smooth processes, and exceptional administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation
- Enter and update employee information within the HRIS
- Assist with employment verifications and HR reporting
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Support pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screenings
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and orientation materials
- Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate training schedules, records, and attendance tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within Human Resources

Additional Information
- Travel up to 15%
- Safety glasses and steel-toe boots required while in production areas
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Standing and walking for extended periods may be required
