New Accounts Onboarding Associate – Introducing Brokers

Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-focused New Accounts Onboarding Associate – Introducing Brokers to join our institutional onboarding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing applications from introducing brokers and other intermediary partners, with strong emphasis on KYC/KYB due diligence and ongoing account/client management, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Process introducing broker and intermediary account applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every stage
• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB checks and due diligence prior to onboarding
• Review and verify due diligence documentation for new relationships in compliance with applicable regulations
• Assess and validate agreements, commission structures, and referral arrangements as part of the onboarding workflow
• Manage the full account lifecycle, from initial onboarding through ongoing client/account maintenance and periodic reviews
• Ensure all regulatory requirements and internal policies are adhered to throughout the account lifecycle
• Liaise directly with introducing brokers and intermediary partners to obtain outstanding documentation, manage account queries, and maintain strong working relationships
• Perform ongoing monitoring, AML and KYC/KYB reviews of existing relationships to ensure continued compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Risk) to facilitate application approval and ongoing account management
• Maintain accurate records and update account information in relevant systems, ensuring all interactions and documentation are appropriately logged

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in KYC/KYB processes, with hands-on exposure to financial services operations and account/client management
• Demonstrated experience managing introducing broker, intermediary, or institutional client accounts is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
• Solid, practical understanding of AML/KYC/KYB regulations and financial services compliance is essential
• Familiarity with introducing broker or intermediary partnership models, commission structures, and related agreements is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems, document management platforms, or onboarding databases is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts/relationships effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, particularly in due diligence and documentation review
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
