Facilities Support (Temp to Perm)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and personable Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and fully functional office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. You'll be a visible presence in the office, ensuring both physical spaces and administrative operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain office spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
• Keep kitchen and break room areas stocked, tidy, and presentable throughout the day
• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, including tracking usage and coordinating restocking orders
• Provide overflow administrative support to management as needed, including tasks such as scheduling, data entry, or document preparation
• Serve as backup receptionist, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries when the primary receptionist is unavailable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with a keen focus on quality and consistency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible, team-oriented personality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
