What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact

  • Supports team members in the front of house, assisting with training, coaching, and motivating the team.
  • Performs hands-on service on the floor, including but not limited to: taking and serving orders and assisting with beverage service.
  • Facilitates daily operations, coordinating sales, service, and operational activities.
  • Opens and closes outlets, including cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • May assist with banquet or event setup and service as needed.
  • Oversees monthly inventory of supplies and beverages, maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensures profitability, efficient operations
  • Ensures compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Responds to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, escalating as necessary to General Manager or Director.
  • Assures that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged and following-through on all requests
  • Represents organization as point of contact ensuring guests’ needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed
  • Administers and enforces state liquor laws in daily operations.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Repots unsafe conditions and equipment that need repair immediately
  • Prepares reports on daily operations, labor costs, and incident logs.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.

What You Bring 

  • 2+ years of lead experience and/or training in a comparable food service operation.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; able to interpret regulations and communicate effectively with managers, clients, customers, and staff.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
  • Flexible and able to multitask in fast-paced or stressful situations.
  • Required State Food Handler’s License and Liquor Serving Permit.
  • Must be of the legal minimum required age (21+)to pour and serve alcoholic beverages.

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

 

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment.
  • This position requires frequent exposure to varying temperatures (kitchens, freezers and refrigerators and commercial kitchen equipment)
