Customer Service Representative - Financial Services | Paid Training - 201

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers throughout the loan process
• Process loan applications and verify required documentation
• Explain loan terms, payment options, and account requirements
• Contact customers regarding payments and help identify solutions for past-due accounts
• Process payments, extensions, modifications, and account updates accurately
• Make collection calls and work with customers to bring accounts current
• Develop new and existing customer relationships through sales and referrals
• Maintain accurate records while following company, state, and federal requirements
• Support branch operations and assist the Branch Manager as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Collections experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Positive attitude, integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with customer interactions, sales, and problem-solving
• Organized and detail-oriented with basic math skills
• High school diploma/GED preferred

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Some Saturdays: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
• NO SUNDAYS!
