Project Manager

ASRC NetCentric is seeking aProjectManager to support a DHS program.

Work location: Remote

Clearance: Public Trust

Summary: The DHS Program will provide professional services to support application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support. Work includes implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow, and Power Business Intelligent (BI)), SharePoint, Office 365, Azure products and Services, Dataverse, Drupal, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow. We will provide a team experienced with design, agile software development, project management, technical architecture, engineering and design, continuous integration and delivery, integration, testing, configuration management, ongoing operations and maintenance, and cloud migration.

The Project Manager will own cost/schedule/quality for assigned projects; supervise technical staff; enforce standards; integrate Agile practices with PMBOK and DHS SELC.

Responsibilities:

• Management and technical direction of projects
• Project performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance, and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all project deliverable items
• Overall project/task performance
• Enforcing work standards, task schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising technical
• personnel, recommending project hires and terminations, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel
• Assisting in the budgeting of required resources for successful project implementation and completion. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with24 credit hours in business related courses.
• 5 years of experiencecombinedin information systems development and project management from inception to deployment; demonstrated ability to manage a team.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• US Citizen and ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust. Prior Public Trust or Security Clearance, preferred

• Possess superior verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex technical and programmatic topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated adaptability, with the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, new technologies, or changes in project scope.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities; able to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.
• Ability to motivate and guide technical teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
