Account Executive (Live Events)

We are seeking a high-energy, technically sharpLive Events Account Executiveto accelerate our growth in the Boston/New England market. You won’t be sitting back waiting for inbound leads or managing a passive book of business. In this role, you will be responsible for actively identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for corporate events, conventions, conferences, galas, experiential activations, and secure partnerships for full-serviceAudio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) live event solutions throughout the Boston and New England market.

This is a unique position requiring a hybrid skillset: you must possess an aggressive business development drive and engineering-level product comprehension. You have a strong technical AVL knowledge allowing you to navigate complex deployment discussions. You must be someone who can sellintangible technical solutions (labor, production values, stress-reduction) rather than just hardware boxes. You are a relationship-driven professional who thrives on networking, building partnerships, and creating customized technical solutions that deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining profitability. The successful candidate is energetic, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment where priorities and event requirements can change quickly.

This position is full time.

Position will require travel on occasion.

Salary Range: 

$100,000 - $130,000
