Key Responsibilities
Create exceptional Gold Class experiences by delivering warm, polished and attentive service from the moment guests arrive.
Lead from the front during busy service periods, keeping the team focused, energised and working together to deliver a seamless experience.
Coordinate food and beverage service with pace and accuracy, ensuring orders are delivered efficiently and presented to a consistently high standard.
Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipate their needs and respond confidently to requests or service concerns.
Support, coach and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service, presentation and teamwork throughout each shift.
Work closely with kitchen and cinema teams to keep communication clear and service running smoothly.
Maintain strong standards across cleanliness, food safety, RSA compliance and WHS.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in restaurant, bar, premium hospitality or a similarly fast-paced food and beverage environment, with strong transferable service skills.
Experience leading or supervising teams in a busy customer-facing environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
The ability to remain composed, organised and guest-focused while working at pace.
Strong communication skills, confidence and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
Food Safety Supervisor Certification is highly regarded but not essential.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak cinema trading periods.
