Qualifications

• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work theNOC shift and follow the scheduled rotation
