Nurse Manager – Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to join ourAllentown, PA Pediatric Home Care office as aNurse Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Visit pediatric clients inAllentown and surrounding areas and conduct assessments
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• Facilitate new-hire orientation for nurses
• Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
• Help promote quality care, strong client relationships, and employee engagement

What We’re Looking For

• ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset and desire to continue developing as a healthcare leader
