BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experiencedhealthcare leader to join ourBlue Bell, PA Hospice office as aDirector.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional client care

• Drive growth through recruiting, referral relationships, community partnerships, and business development

• Build relationships with community organizations, referral sources, and industry partners

• Identify opportunities based on community needs, industry trends, and market growth

• Represent BAYADA and the hospice team within the community

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the overall management, operations, and services of the hospice office

• Lead budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management

• Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure compliance and client satisfaction

• Ensure staff receive appropriate education, training, coaching, and performance support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners

• Monitor industry and community trends to identify opportunities for growth

• Ensure compliance with applicable Medicare and Pennsylvania regulations

• Create a culture focused on exceptional care, employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years of healthcare supervisory or management experience; home health or hospice experience preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS and PPS

• Knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare regulations

• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility

• Strong leadership, recruiting, employee relations, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to network within the community and represent BAYADA with external organizations and agencies

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen

• Ambition to continue growing as a healthcare leader
