BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experiencedRN or licensed clinician to lead our hospice office in Newtown Square, PA.

We’re looking for a leader who can bring people together, strengthen operations, and help patients and families receive reliable, compassionate care.Hospice experience is preferred. We also welcome clinical leaders who have succeeded inhigh-volume healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgets, and fiscal performance.
• Partner with clinical leaders to support care quality, staff development, and compliance.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and grow the office.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and care.

What You’ll Bring

• Acurrent, active RN or other professional clinical license
• A four-year college degree
• At leasttwo years of verifiable supervisory or management experience
• Experience leading a hospice operationor a high-volume healthcare operation; hospice experience preferred
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management
• Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient and family care
• The ability to build community relationships and lead a team through growth and change
• Comfort using technology in a fast-paced healthcare setting
