BAYADA Home Health Carehas an immediate opening for aWeekendRegistered Nurse to perform home health visits for our office in Dartmouth.  This office provides exceptional care toadult and geriatric clients living in their homes inSomerset, Dartmouth, New Bedford, Fairhaven and surrounding towns. One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required.Home Health Visits experience is strongly preferred.  

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use stronghead-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience withacute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Performmedication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensivewound assessment, care, and documentation

• Comfortable makingreal-time clinical decisions without immediate on-site support
• Strong problem-solving skills in unpredictable home environments
• Ability to manage adynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations
• Comfortable providing care invaried home environments
• Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
• Home Health Visiting Nurse experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$58.00 - $62.00 per point, depending on qualifications, plus aGenerous Weekend Differential!
