Our Mission
At Omnea, weâre reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts:procurement â where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger50+ emails, and pull inFinance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
Weâve raised$75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, andAccelto change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient â one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive.Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. Weâve 10xâd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. Weâre now the4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators whoâve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. Youâll work alongside leaders likeBen,Abs,Sabrina, andRebe.

About the Role
Weâre now looking for aProduct Designer to help shape the next phase of Omneaâs product - turning complex, high-stakes enterprise workflows into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and genuinely good to use for a diverse set of users. Youâll join at a pivotal moment, with real ownership, close customer exposure, and the chance to raise the design bar as we scale the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management.
Your day-to-day
Youâll spend a meaningful amount of timetalking directly to customers - procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders - at companies likeSpotify,MongoDB,Monzo, andAlbertsons, to understand how buying decisions actually get made inside large organisations.
Youâll work end-to-end on product areas, from early problem definition through to high-quality shipped work - often starting from a blank page rather than iterating on tired, legacy UX.
Youâll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering (often in the same room). At ~80 people, thereâs very little hand-off - decisions are made quickly, and design has a real seat at the table.
Youâll design forcomplex, high-stakes workflows involving multiple personas, approvals, and real organisational risk - and make them feel clear, intuitive, and usable.
Youâll help shape patterns and systems as we scale, contributing to a design language thatâs still being actively defined, not just maintained.
Youâll love this role ifâŠ
You like beingclose to the problem - speaking to customers, pressure-testing ideas, and iterating quickly based on real feedback.
Youâd rather designnew product surfaces than rework mature features that might have existed for years.
You enjoy working inhigh-growth environments where things move fast, priorities evolve, and design plays a meaningful role in shaping what gets built.
Youâre comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping bring clarity - whether thatâs shaping a fuzzy problem, aligning stakeholders, or making a strong design call.
You care deeply about craft, but youârepragmatic about shipping - you know when to push for polish, and when momentum matters more.
Why this role is a career accelerator â
Design isnât a service function at Omnea - we see UX as central to how we compete and win in the market.
Youâll work on a product that sits at the intersection offinance, legal, security, and operations, where good design has real commercial impact.
The problems are genuinely hard, the customers are demanding, and the bar is high â but if we get it right, the product becomes deeply embedded and hard to replace.
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else!
