About the Role

What You’ll Do:

• Standard Definition: Collaborate with algorithm engineers to define3D art specifications andbenchmark standards suitable for AI training.

• Pipeline Optimization: Establish and optimize theartistic pipeline for 3D data cleaning andQuality Assurance (QA) (covering dimensions such astopology, normals, UVs, and textures).

• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of models delivered byoutsourcing vendors or suppliers and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

• Trend Research: Continuously research emerging trends in3D Generative AI and explore new standards and best practices at the intersection of data and art.

What We're looking for:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or related fields.

• Technical Art Foundations: Familiarity with the fundamental3D production pipeline (PBR) and art specifications; capable of balancingaesthetic quality with technical constraints.

• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one3D modeling and texturing tool (e.g.,Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Substance Painter);1–3 years of experience in 3D-related industries (Gaming, Film, Asset Library Construction, or Data Production).

Nice to have:

• Experience in3D data annotation,model QA, or definingasset specifications.

• In-depth understanding of the PBR material system,model optimization, andrendering pipelines.

• Prior experience participating in AI-Generated Content (AIGC) projects (e.g.,3D diffusion, text-to-3D).
