🎯 What You Will Do

• Design and build AI-powered workflows that automate entity compliance tracking, deadline monitoring, document routing, and intercompany agreement management across 20+ jurisdictions

• Own the global entity infrastructure — incorporation pipelines, banking setup, director management, registered agent renewals, and annual filing calendars

• Create the single source of truth for all entity data, replacing scattered tools with a centralized, always-current system

• Prioritize ruthlessly — identify the highest-leverage bottlenecks, build solutions that matter most, and know what not to build

• Support executive decision-making with fast, structured research and project execution on high-priority initiatives

• Establish ops policies and documentation that let a lean team scale without adding headcount

🧠Who You Are

• You have3+ years in operations, legal ops, or business management — ideally in a fast-scaling startup or tech company

• You think insystems, not tasks — you're not satisfied until the process runs without you

• You're comfortablebuilding with AI tools — you've used or are eager to work with tools like Claude, automation platforms, or agent frameworks to eliminate manual work

• You cannavigate ambiguity — you don't wait for perfect information to start building

• You havestrong financial and compliance literacy — budgets, intercompany agreements, and multi-jurisdiction filing requirements don't intimidate you

• Youcommunicate with precision — your output is always clear, structured, and easy to act on

• You'refluent in Korean and English — written and verbal
