Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a proactive professional to join andsupport our Group Procurement function. In this key role, you will drive contract renewals, supplier onboarding, and cross-organizational savings tracking.

You’ll get to blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution as you partially handle day-to-day operational procurement for OANDA and align procurement operations across both entities. If you thrive on bringing structure, optimizing costs, and building strong vendor partnerships, this is the right place for you.

What will you do?

• Drive task execution: Follow up on and complete procurement tasks while proactively resolving open items.

• Track savings & impact: Record and maintain approved savings data to keep our financial goals on target.

• Manage renewals & onboarding: Process contract renewals and vendor onboardings, track deadlines, and manage all related tasks.

• Maintain vendor data integrity: Keep vendor records, centralized files, and database systems fully up to date.

• Collaborate on OANDA sourcing: Work closely with the OANDA sourcing team, utilizing their ERP, systems, and vendor networks.

• Ensure group alignment:Foster operational efficiency and seamless alignment between FTMO and OANDA procurement teams.

What do we expect from you?

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management within an international group environment.

• Proven hands-on experience insavings tracking.

• Professional fluency inEnglish is mandatory.

• Ability to learn Group and Teampriorities andsupport daily workacross both FTMO and OANDA.

• Comfort in gettingquotes,comparing prices, andpreparing data for contract.

• Practical experience usingAI tools (such as Claude Cowork, or Gemini) to handle tasks more efficiently.

• Background inFintech orE-Commerce, ideally withvendor onboarding experience in a financially regulated environment is an advantage.

• Ability to organize and process data in spreadsheets.

• Good communication with remote team members.
