Title: Senior/Mid-Level Estimator

Level: Senior to Mid-Level (8-18+ years of experience)

Talent Compensation: $1,500–$2,500/month

Time Zone: US Mountain Time (Utah-based company; remote position)

What They'll Do

• Develop detailed construction estimates usingHeavyBid software (primary requirement)

• Perform takeoffs usingCivil 3D andAgTech/screen takeoff tools

• Create thought-driven estimates with custom unit pricing (not template-based green sheets)

• Estimate heavy civil projects: earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and light structural work

• Support business scaling and project growth

• Work directly with company leadership on estimating strategy

Ideal Candidate

• 8–18+ years of estimating experience, specifically inheavy civil/earthwork

• Fluent English speaker with professional communication skills

• Bachelor's degree holder

• Prior experience working with U.S. market (domestic or remote)

• Senior or mid-level mindset with independent problem-solving ability

• Located in Latin America or Central America (remote-friendly timezone)
