Connect Product Experience Group은 현대자동차그룹의 차세대 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 플랫폼에서 고객이 경험하는 차량 기능과 서비스를 기획하고, 일관된 사용자 경험을 제공합니다.

Product Globalization Team은 Connect 플랫폼이 현대, 기아, 제네시스 등 글로벌 시장에서 하나의 플랫폼으로 확장될 수 있도록 제품 표준과 글로벌 운영 체계를 구축합니다. 국가별 규제와 시장 요구사항을 제품에 반영하고, 다국어 및 지역별 기능 차이를 체계적으로 관리하여 글로벌 제품 경쟁력을 높이는 역할을 수행합니다.

Product Globalization Specialist는 글로벌 시장 요구사항과 제품 개발을 연결하는 핵심 역할을 담당합니다. 다양한 국가의 법규와 지역별 요구사항을 제품 사양과 UX에 반영하고, 글로벌 확장성을 고려한 제품 표준을 수립하여 Connect 플랫폼이 일관된 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

The Connect Product Experience Group defines and delivers customer experiences across Hyundai Motor Group's next-generation Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform.

The Product Globalization Team establishes global product standards and operational frameworks that enable the Connect platform to scale across Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles worldwide. The team translates regional regulations and market requirements into scalable product standards while managing localization and regional feature variations.

As a Product Globalization Specialist, you will bridge global market requirements with product development. You will integrate regulatory requirements into product specifications and UX while establishing scalable product standards that enable the Connect platform to deliver a consistent user experience across global markets.

Responsibilities

• 글로벌 규제 및 시장 요구사항(FMVSS, UNECE 등)을 분석하고 제품 및 UX 사양에 반영합니다.

• 국가 및 지역별 기능 차이를 정의하는 Regional Feature Variation Matrix를 구축하고 운영합니다.

• UX Designer 및 Product Designer와 협업하여 글로벌 제품 표준과 지역별 요구사항이 기능 사양에 반영되도록 관리합니다.

• Figma 디자인 및 제품 사양을 검토하여 다국어 지원, Layout Expansion 및 지역별 UI 정책 준수 여부를 검증합니다.

• 제품 개발 과정에서 글로벌 표준과 지역별 요구사항을 지속적으로 관리하고 디자인 품질을 확보합니다.

• Localization 및 Globalization 프로세스와 관련 도구를 개선하여 글로벌 제품 개발 효율성을 높입니다.

• Analyze global regulations and market requirements (e.g., FMVSS, UNECE) and incorporate them into product specifications and UX guidelines.

• Develop and maintain the Regional Feature Variation Matrix to manage country- and region-specific product variations.

• Collaborate with UX and Product Designers to ensure feature specifications align with global product standards and regional requirements.

• Review Figma designs and product specifications to verify multilingual support, layout expansion, and regional UI compliance.

• Ensure global standards and regional requirements are consistently applied throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Continuously improve globalization processes and supporting tools to enhance global product development efficiency.

Qualifications

• Program Management, Engineering, Translation 또는 관련 분야의 학사 이상 또는 이에 준하는 경력

• Product Operations, Product Management, Globalization 또는 Homologation 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력

• IVI(In-Vehicle Infotainment), Digital Cockpit 또는 Consumer Software 제품 개발 및 운영 경험

• 글로벌 자동차 규제(FMVSS, UNECE, Driver Distraction 등)를 이해하고 제품 요구사항으로 구체화할 수 있는 역량

• Figma, Jira, Confluence 등 협업 도구 활용 경험

• 한국어 및 영어를 활용한 문서 작성과 글로벌 협업 역량

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Program Management, Engineering, Translation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Globalization, or Homologation.

• Experience with IVI, Digital Cockpit, or consumer software product development.

• Ability to translate global automotive regulations, including FMVSS, UNECE, and driver distraction guidelines, into product requirements.

• Experience using collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence.

• Professional communication skills in both Korean and English for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Android Automotive OS(AAOS), Digital Cockpit 또는 Automotive HMI 개발 경험

• 다국어 UX, Translation Management System(TMS) 또는 Pseudo-localization 환경에서의 업무 경험

• 글로벌 제품 Feature Matrix 또는 Multi-market Product Configuration 관리 경험

• 글로벌 차량 개발 조직, Homologation 또는 Software Release 조직과 협업한 경험

• Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS), Digital Cockpit, or automotive HMI development.

• Experience with multilingual UX, Translation Management Systems (TMS), or pseudo-localization workflows.

• Experience managing feature matrices or multi-market product configurations.

• Experience collaborating with vehicle development, homologation, or global software release teams.
