42dot Connect - Driving Experience 팀은 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 환경에서 새로운 주행 경험과 차량 서비스를 기획하고 설계합니다. 자율주행 기술과 차량 기능을 사용자 중심의 서비스로 연결하고, 차량과 모바일을 아우르는 일관된 사용자 경험을 제공합니다.

Senior Service Architect는 서비스 전략과 사용자 경험을 제품 요구사항으로 구체화하고, 다양한 시스템과 기능을 하나의 서비스 구조로 설계하는 역할을 수행합니다. Product Manager, Designer, Engineer 등 다양한 조직과 협업하며 서비스 정책, 기능 구조, UX 및 시스템 요구사항을 정의하여 차세대 Connect 서비스를 만들어갑니다.

The Connect Driving Experience Team designs next-generation driving experiences and connected vehicle services for Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs). We connect autonomous driving technologies and vehicle capabilities into user-centered services that deliver seamless experiences across vehicles and mobile devices.

As a Senior Service Architect, you will transform service strategies and user experiences into scalable product requirements and service architectures. Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, you will define service structures, functional requirements, UX principles, and platform policies that power the next generation of connected mobility experiences.

Responsibilities

• 차세대 SDV 서비스의 사용자 경험과 서비스 구조를 설계합니다.

• 자율주행 및 차량 연동 기능을 서비스 Requirement와 Feature Architecture로 구체화합니다.

• Android 기반 Car OS Platform 정책 및 서비스 구조를 정의합니다.

• IVI 서비스의 기능 구조, 서비스 정책, UX 시나리오 및 정보 구조를 설계합니다.

• Product Manager, Designer, Engineer 등 다양한 조직과 협업하여 서비스 요구사항과 구현 방향을 정의합니다.

• 사용자 데이터와 시장 인사이트를 기반으로 서비스 개선 방향을 제안하고 제품 전략 수립에 기여합니다.

• Design service architectures and user experiences for next-generation SDV services.

• Translate autonomous driving and connected vehicle capabilities into scalable service requirements and feature architectures.

• Define platform policies and service structures for Android-based Car OS platforms.

• Design feature structures, service policies, UX scenarios, and information architecture for IVI services.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define implementation-ready service requirements.

• Drive product improvements and service strategies through user insights and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• IT Customer Service 기획, Product Planning 또는 Service Architecture 분야에서 8년 이상의 경력

• 복잡한 서비스와 시스템을 사용자 경험 및 제품 요구사항으로 구조화한 경험

• 서비스 정책, 기능 정의 및 UX Requirement를 설계한 경험

• 비즈니스 목표와 기술적 제약을 고려하여 서비스 구조를 설계한 경험

• 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 서비스 방향성을 조율한 경험

• 8+ years of experience in IT customer service planning, product planning, or service architecture.

• Experience translating complex services and systems into user experiences and product requirements.

• Experience defining service policies, feature specifications, and UX requirements.

• Ability to design scalable service structures while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 자율주행, 모빌리티 또는 Connected Service 분야 경험

• Android OS 또는 Automotive Platform에 대한 이해

• 데이터 기반 서비스 개선 및 제품 기획 경험

• Figma 등 UX 설계 도구를 활용한 서비스 기획 경험

• End-to-End 사용자 경험 및 Cross-domain Service 설계 경험

• 글로벌 프로젝트 및 영어 기반 협업 경험

• Experience in autonomous driving, mobility, or connected services.

• Understanding of Android OS and automotive platforms.

• Experience improving products and services through data-driven analysis.

• Experience planning services using UX design tools such as Figma.

• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys and cross-domain services.

• Experience collaborating with global teams in English.

Interview Process
