Full Stack Developer

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly web applications

• Writing clean, scalable, and testable code, and promoting best practices through code reviews and team standards

• Evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to boost performance and development efficiency

• Planning and implementing new features in close collaboration with the client and Project Manager

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability

Factors that make you a great fit: 

• At least5 years of commercial experience in software development

• Proficiency inPython/Node.jsand React

• Experience working in cloud environments, preferablyAWS

• Comfortable working with Django or FastAPI; Next.js or Remix; TypeScript; React, and its ecosystem

• Familiarity withDevOps practices and tools, including Git, CI/CD, monitoring, IaaC, Docker

• Strong communication and collaboration skills - you’ll have to be able totalk to clients directly 

• Solid understanding of the end-to-end development cycle, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Self-driven and curious by nature – you're proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about technology

• Good command ofEnglish (min. B2), both spoken and written 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge ofLangChain is a big plus

• Experience in GCP/Azure/Vercel/Digital Ocean

• Some knowledge of ReactNative

Salary:

• B2B contract: 20000 - 26000 PLN net + VAT

• Contract of employment: 17400 - 21580 PLN gross

Recruitment stages:

• HR call (30 mins)

• Technical interview (1h)

• Pair programming (1,5h)

• Final decision/feedback (within 3 business days)
