Associate / Associate Director - Commercial Agency

Role Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded individual to play a pivotal role indelivering market-leading agency and advisory services across the South Coast region. Acting on behalf of landlords, occupiers, developers and investors, the role is responsible for driving revenue through acquisitions, disposals, leasing transactions and development opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will provide strategic real estate advice, manage complex negotiations and oversee transactions through to completion, ensuring exceptional client outcomes. Working as part of the Commercial Agency Southampton Office & Business Space team, the role will contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client networks and promoting cross-service collaboration across Savills. In addition, the position involves mentoring junior colleagues, supporting team development and contributing to business planning and profitability.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to combine market expertise, business development and leadership skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Team Overview
Our Office & Business Space team provides market-leading leasing and advisory services to occupiers, landlords, investors and developers across a diverse range of office and business space assets. Combining in-depth market knowledge with a client-focused approach, the team advises on acquisitions, disposals, leasing strategies, development opportunities and wider consultancy matters, delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve their real estate objectives.

A forward-looking and collaborative team, we work across the Central South market and partner closely with specialists from across the Savills business to provide integrated advice and deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Recruitment agencies
