NetSuite Finance SME | Remote | Portuguese Speaking

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, Portuguese-speaking NetSuite Finance SME to provide
dedicated remote support for a global organization's operations in Brazil. This role is part of a
high-touch, white-label support model where you will represent our partner, to their end-client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Portuguese-speaking
  users in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

• L2/L3 Troubleshooting: Resolve complex Finance and Accounting module issues within
  NetSuite.

• Tax Compliance: Provide expert support for Avalara integrations and ensure alignment
  with Brazilian statutory tax requirements.

• White-Label Delivery: Manage and document all support tickets within the Teamwork
  Desk platform, maintaining the brand identity of our partner.

• Expert Guidance:Advise the client on NetSuite best practices for financial reporting,
  period close, and accounting workflows.

Job Qualifications:

• Language: Native or professional-level fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal).

• Technical Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Functional experience
  with a heavy focus on the Finance/Accounting modules.

• Specialization: Proven experience with Avalara tax automation within a NetSuite
  environment.

• Communication: Excellent client-facing skills; ability to explain complex technical fixes to non-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English.

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
