The Commercial & Foreign Trade Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting commercial and foreign trade activities in Mexico, ensuring efficient execution of customer orders and effective coordination between Sales, Operations, customers, suppliers and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end commercial process, from quotations and customer purchase orders through invoicing and delivery follow-up.
• Provide daily administrative and commercial support to the Technical Sales team, ensuring timely responses to customer requirements.
• Coordinate import and export activities, including shipping documentation, customs processes, freight forwarders and related foreign trade requirements.
• Follow up on customer orders, production requirements, inventory availability and expected delivery dates in coordination with Operations.
• Support sales forecasting and demand planning, ensuring customer requirements and commercial priorities are effectively communicated to Operations.
• Coordinate billing activities and ensure alignment between purchase orders, deliveries, invoices and commercial conditions.
• Maintain accurate commercial information, order status and relevant documentation in company systems.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers and internal stakeholders when required for customer order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery commitments and proactively identify potential delays or risks affecting customers.
• Support commercial activities related to the development of Mexico and Central America.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable foreign trade, customs and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial, order management and foreign trade processes.
