YourJourney  

• Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of servicewhilemaintaining the cleaning of equipment, tools, and supplies,stocking wells, back bars, ice bins and glasswaremaintenance 

• Primarilyassist with bartenders’ needs which may include mixing andserving drinks 

• Work as a team and effectively communicate with management and other staff members  

• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have thedesire to create WOW moments 

• Performadditional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties,based on business needs  

About You  

• You enjoyassisting withspirits,wine,beerandfood 

• You will be at least 21 years of ageand orcomply with state laws for serving alcohol  

• You have basic communication skills 

• You are open to learning and developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same 

• You aretrustworthy and have integrity 

Must Haves  

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment 

• Priorfood and beverage operations experience, a plus 

• Luxury hotel experience, a plus

The pay range for Barback is $18.40 - 18.50 hourly. The pay scale is the base hourly range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Pendry reasonably expects to pay for the position.
