Consulting Services Account Specialist - Telco

Job Summary :

Red Hat のコンサルティングサービスチームでは、通信事業者の変革をリードするコンサルティングサービスセールスを募集しています。

このポジションでは、クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャやアプリケーションモダナイゼーションから、アジャイルやAIなどの先進的なテクノロジー領域を横断的に取り扱います。横断的なテクノロジー領域の提案により、顧客の事業課題に対して具体的な変革アプローチを提案・推進します。

顧客の成功を最優先に据えつつ、必要となるサービスビジネスの機会を最大化することの両立が期待されます。社内外のステークホルダー（社内：アカウント営業やアーキテクト及びグローバルチーム、社外：部長からCxOレベル）と連携しながら、課題抽出から提案、契約、実行支援までを一貫してリードしていただきます。特定インダストリーを担当するため、業界横断での知見と、複数案件の優先順位を整理し行動する実行力と柔軟性が求められます。

また、個人の達成だけでなく、チーム／組織での知見共有や相互支援の姿勢も重要視しています。

Primary Job Responsibilities :

・Red Hat Servicesの販売：Red Hat のサービスポートフォリオ（コンサルティング、トレーニング、テクニカルアカウントマネージャー）の販売計画を立案・実行し、年間・四半期の販売／契約目標を達成する

・顧客および社内連携：顧客およびアカウント営業チームと連携し、販売機会の創出から契約締結、継続提案（クロスセル／アップセル）の一連のプロセスを主導する

・販売戦略の策定と実行：担当テリトリーの戦略と戦術（販売計画の立案及びテリトリ戦略など）を策定・実行する

・アカウント戦略策定：アカウント営業チームと連携し、ビジネス成長を促進するアカウント戦略を策定する。サービスのエキスパートとして、サービスビジネス機会を最大化すると同時に、Red Hat製品を含めたアカウント全体の成長を実現する戦略的な視点が必要

・進捗管理と報告：販売計画の進捗と四半期の受注予測を報告します。計画と予測にギャップが生じた場合は、リカバリーのためのアクションプランを策定し、実行する責任を担う

・サービスオファリング改善：日本市場におけるニーズをグローバルチームにフィードバックし、サービスオファリングの改善をドライブする

Required Skills:

• IT業界における5年以上の法人営業／サービス営業／技術営業／コンサルティングいずれかの実務経験

• 営業として、ビジネス課題の特定からソリューション提案〜クロージング〜導入支援まで一貫して担当した経験

• 年間／四半期の販売目標に対して、自ら計画を立案し、実行・改善を通じて達成した経験

• 複数のステークホルダーと協力してアカウント営業戦略を策定し、成功させた実績

• 複数のサービスとテクノロジー製品を組み合わせ、複雑な顧客課題を解決し、ビジネス価値を提供できるスキル

• テレコムインフラ、アジャイル開発、アプリケーションモダナイゼーション、クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャ、AIなど先進技術への基本理解と興味関心

• 短期間で顧客と信頼関係を構築できるリレーションシップスキル

• オープンマインドでグローバルチームと協業できる能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル

Nice to Have：

• コンサルティングファーム、SIer、ITベンダーなどでのテクノロジーコンサルティングや業務変革提案経験

• 複雑な技術要素と多様なステークホルダーが関与するプロジェクトのスコープ・リスク管理に関与した経験

• カスタマーサクセス部門での顧客伴走支援（利活用推進、リテンションマネジメント、アップセル・クロスセルの経験）

• 組織内でのナレッジ共有・イネーブルメント推進、新人や他部門への支援経験

• プロフェッショナルとして自律的に学び続ける姿勢と、チームに対する貢献志向

• テレコムインダストリーのシステムアーキテクチャーに対する理解
