Job Title: Project Manager – IBM Maximo Implementation
Location: Brampton, ON - Onsite
Duration: 14 months
Pay rate: C$60 to C$67

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of IBM Maximo for a Government sector client. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing pre-packaged software implementation projects, with a strong preference for IBM Maximo implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management (End-to-End Project Delivery)
• IBM Maximo Implementation Experience
• CRM Project Management
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Project Planning, Risk & Resource Management
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Government Sector Experience
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 Certification
• Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams (10 Members)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and project governance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved.
• Lead a cross-functional project team of approximately 10 members.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Government project standards and organizational governance.
