Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced NTR-X Compliance Recording Specialist to implement, configure, support, and maintain compliance recording solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with communication recording platforms, unified communications, and compliance monitoring systems.
The role involves managing NTR-X solutions to capture, store, reconcile, and monitor communications across voice, video, messaging, and collaboration platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain NTR-X compliance recording solutions.
- Manage communication recording across voice, video, messaging, and screen-sharing channels.
- Integrate recording solutions with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, and mobile communication systems.
- Monitor system health, recording functionality, and user provisioning.
- Perform recording reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure recorded communications are securely stored, encrypted, and protected against unauthorized modification.
- Manage compliance policies, audit trails, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployment environments.
- Configure high-availability solutions, redundancy, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Collaborate with compliance, infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.
- Integrate recording systems with surveillance, case management, and other compliance platforms.
- Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and operational procedures.
- Hands-on experience with NTR-X Compliance Recording or a similar enterprise compliance recording platform.
- Knowledge of voice recording, unified communications, and collaboration technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Zoom, or other enterprise communication platforms.
- Understanding of SIP, VoIP, telephony, and communication recording architecture.
- Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, recording reconciliation, and incident management.
- Knowledge of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Understanding of information security, encryption, access controls, and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of compliance surveillance and regulatory recording requirements.
- Experience with high availability, failover, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident and change management processes.
- Experience integrating recording platforms with enterprise compliance applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
