Summary of the role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provideapplication support andexpert advice ondispensing, coating, and selective soldering processes to distributors and customers.
• Understand customer requirements anddevelop tailored process recipes to meet their specific dispensing/coating/selective soldering needs.
• Conductequipment and application demonstrations in the applications lab and generate comprehensiveapplication reports to support bothpre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers toidentify application challenges and recommend appropriatedispensing/coating/selective soldering equipment solutions.
• Delivertraining sessions on dispensing, coating, and selective soldering processes, bothin-house andon-site at customer facilities.
• Performon-site equipment installation, validation, and commissioning to ensure successful setup and operation.
• Provideon-site troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for dispensing, coating, and selective soldering equipment as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of aBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably inElectrical/Electronics orMechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in theelectronics industry; experience or knowledge indispensing or coating processes is preferred.
• Hands-on experience withdispensing,coating, orselective soldering equipment is highly valued.
• Stronganalytical skills with the ability to see thebig picture.
• Proven ability to workindependently with minimal supervision.
• Able to maintain aprofessional demeanor under pressure.
• A strongteam player who proactively utilizes internal resources to achieve objectives.

Travel

• Domestic: 80%
• International: 20%
