The general responsibilities of the position are the following:

DRAM Probe Testing

• ImproveDRAM probe testing coverage and quality on DRAM products
• Own theDRAM probe test flow, review and sign off probe test program releases to ensure quality control
• Develop innovativeDRAM test algorithms andLeveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve test efficiency and reduce test cost

New Generation DRAM Product Development

• Responsible fornew DRAM product startup and yield improvement
• Support design verification and in-depthDRAM circuit analysis using Verilog simulations
• Work with the wafer fab process / integration teams to addressprocess-related defects impacting DRAM yield
• Identifydesign marginalities in DRAM circuits and recommend design fixes for circuit-related issues

Functional and Design Validation (DRAM)

• Design novelDRAM test algorithms and develop test programs for validating DRAM features, modes, and commands
• Analyze failures generated from characterization and validation activities
• AutomateDRAM test program development and engineering workflows using scripting and data processing tools

DRAM Product Yield Enhancement

• Identify root causes oflow DRAM yield through systematic data-driven analysis
• Work closely withprocess, device, product, and design engineering teams to resolve defect- and process-related yield issues
• Perform electrical and physical failure analysis to understandfailure mechanisms in DRAM devices
• Utilize statistical and data analytics tools to driveDRAM yield improvement projects

Managed DRAM / Custom DRAM Products

• Develop high-quality and cost-efficientManaged / Custom DRAM probe
• UnderstandDRAM defect mechanisms, redundancy schemes, and system-level error detection / recovery features
• Collaborate with test engineering teams to define and secureprobe cards, test fixtures, and system validation setups
• Conduct electrical failure analysis of DRAM products across the product lifecycle, includingqualification, mass production, and customer return analysis
• Perform extensivedata parsing and advanced analytics to improve yield, test time, and overall DRAM product quality
