PART TIME BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities: 

• Replenish refreshments when required 

• Escort / Coordinate with caterers for setup / tear down 

• Oversee the use of the coffee machine (including top up of coffee beans / milk and washing coffee machine) 

• Offering drinks & pastries to partners during lunch / tea break 

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Able to commit fully on 27 & 28 October (Tuesday & Wednesday)

• Timing: 8.30am - 6.30pm (both days)

• Friendly, adaptable and proactive
