Introduction:

As aLithography Process Engineer, you will be responsible for sustaining, optimizing, and developing photolithography processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will work with advanced lithography tools and metrology systems to ensure critical dimension (CD) control, overlay accuracy, and defect reduction.

Your Job:

• Monitor and analyzeSPC/ESPC charts for lithography modules using SPACE; respond toOOC/OOS events.

• Performcritical dimension (CD) andoverlay analysis usingCD-SEM,scatterometry, andoverlay metrology tools (e.g., KLA, ASML YieldStar).

• Optimizephotoresist coating,soft bake,exposure,post-exposure bake (PEB), anddevelopment processes.

• Manage and tunestepper/scanner exposure tools (e.g.,ASML,Nikon) for optimal performance and tool matching.

• ConductDesign of Experiments (DOE) andsplit lot analysis usingJMP,Klarity ACE, and other statistical tools.

• Troubleshootlithography defects such as bridging, footing, scumming, and resist residues.

• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers ontool qualification,focus-exposure matrix (FEM), andprocess window optimization.

• Maintain and optimizereticle management,focus and exposure control, andalignment strategies.

• Driveprocess improvements to enhanceCD uniformity,overlay performance,line edge roughness (LER), andcritical dimension uniformity (CDU).

• Supporttechnology transfers,new product introductions (NPI), andprocess ramp-up activities.

• Leadcross-functional teams to resolve yield excursions and implementcorrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance withTS16949 and other quality standards through regular audits and documentation updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering

• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

• Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)

PreferredQualifications:  

• Prior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage 

• Analytical with good interpersonal skills

• Excellent team player
