What You Will Get To Do:

• Lead and oversee AML/KYC activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage internal and external audits, coordinate responses, and oversee remediation of findings.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, Compliance, Risk, and senior stakeholders on AML/KYC matters and regulatory requests.
• Identify control gaps and drive process, control, and system enhancements to strengthen the AML/KYC framework.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to implement system improvements, including requirements gathering and testing.
• Provide oversight and guidance on complex and high-risk AML/KYC cases and escalations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure policies, procedures, and controls remain current and effective.
• Lead, coach, and support the team while promoting a strong risk and compliance culture.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions, Source of Wealth, and Source of Funds requirements.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory requests, remediation, and control enhancement initiatives.
• Experience with AML/KYC system implementation or enhancements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Previous management experience within AML/KYC, Compliance, investor services, banking, or financial services.
• CAMS certification or progress toward CAMS preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
