Howyou’ll make an impact 

As a Relationship Management studentemployee,you’ll support Relationship Management Associates (RMAs) and Relationship Managers through customer onboarding, administrative activities, customersupport and portfolio support tasks. Your work will help maintain service levels, support operational efficiency, and allow RMAs and Relationship Managers to focus on proactive customer engagement, renewals, customer profile maintenance, digital adoptioninitiatives and business development opportunities.  

You’ll be part of FCC’s Financing team, working closely with RMAs, RelationshipManagers and customers to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting business continuity during peak workloads. This role also provides valuable exposure to careers in Financing and Relationship Management.

Whatyou'll do 

• Support customer onboarding and lending intake activities, including collecting and reviewing required documentation  

• Assist RMAs and Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, customercommunications and follow-up activities  

• Maintainaccurate document retention, document uploading and records management processes  

• Provide customer support and help ensure customers receivetimely and professional service  

• Support portfolio management activities, customer profilemaintenance and digital adoption initiatives  

• Assist with prospecting, marketing initiatives, community engagementactivities and other operational support tasks that enhance team capacity and customer experience 

Whatyou’ll bring to the team 

Required qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a degree, diploma or certificate program inadministration,business,commerce,agriculture,agriculturalfinance,economics,management or a related field  

• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment  

• Customer service mindset and eagerness to learn  

Preferred qualifications: 

• Interest in agricultural finance, businessfinancing or relationship management  

• Experience in customer service, administration,sales or business support roles  

• Knowledge of lending, documentation, recordsmanagement or portfolio support processes  

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
