Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supportLAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and site connectivity across MENAI, with strong hands-on exposure toAruba / HPE environments.
• Own the reliability and standardization ofAV and meeting room infrastructure, supportingMicrosoft Teams Rooms and executive meetings.
• Supportserver and data center infrastructure (physical and virtual), including lifecycle activities, upgrades, and basic DR support.
• Provide operational support and exposure tocloud infrastructure (AWS & Microsoft Azure), working with global platform and cloud teams.
• Ensure infrastructure services comply withsecurity, access control, patching, and vulnerability management requirements.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation for infrastructure incidents, drivingRCA and permanent fixes.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes usingServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and clear documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecoms, and global IT teams to deliver stable, cost‑effective services across all MENAI countries.
