Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Achieve hiring targets by managing recruitment requisitions and partnering closely with hiring managers to align on talent requirements and hiring expectations.

• Recruit talent across all levels, including professionals, specialists, and managerial positions.

• Proactively source candidates and build robust external talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.

• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to develop effective sourcing and attraction strategies.

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.

• Coordinate workforce planning initiatives, including university hiring, experienced professional recruitment, and contractor staffing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of solid recruiting experience gained within a multinational corporation or search firm.

• A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Professionally mature, adaptable, and open-minded, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about talent acquisition.

• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
