• Develop and maintain close relationships with sellers
• Follow-up and deal with merchants' complaints or issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, coupled with at least 3 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce industry and client management would be added advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in English or Portuguese
