Transformation Project & Delivery Lead

What you will do on your journey with WebBeds. 

As a Transformation Project and Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of strategic and operational initiatives within the WebBeds transformation team. You will provide day-to-day project coordination across multiple cross-functional workstreams, driving activities forward by scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication between teams. 

This role is well-suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and eager to build a career in project delivery. The first assignment will involve supporting the design and implementation of a global operational support function, including process mapping, team engagement, and rollout planning, with future projects spanning a variety of transformation priorities. 

In this role you will: 

Key responsibilities 

• Meeting coordination: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions across multiple time zones. 

• Action tracking and documentation: Own meeting follow-ups, action tracking, and project documentation to ensure momentum is maintained. 

• Input consolidation: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and consolidate the inputs required for project deliverables. 

• Timeline and risk support: Support the tracking of project timelines, dependencies, and risks. 

• Visual materials: Assist with the creation of visual materials such as process maps, stakeholder overviews, and delivery plans using tools such as Miro and Excel. 

• Information management: Ensure all documentation, files, and communication are structured and accessible for relevant team members. 

• Planning and visibility: Contribute to planning discussions and help maintain visibility into in-flight project status. 

• Stakeholder relationships: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across operational teams and transformation partners.

• Experience working in a project or business operations environment. 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Communications (desirable). 

• Competence using Microsoft Excel, Miro, and other standard collaboration tools. 

• Good understanding of project coordination and delivery processes. 

• Familiarity with project frameworks or tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello (desirable). 

• Strong organisational and communication skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines. 

• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 

• Comfortable working independently and across remote teams. 

• Culturally aware and sensitive to working with international stakeholders.
