Major Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, and other self-service solutions that clearly present data to stakeholders; applies development best practices through partnership with senior teammates 
• Validates accuracy and integrity of datasets and datamarts used for analyses and interactive solutions 
• Analyzes datasets to identify trends and outcomes of healthcare programs and interventions, with oversight from subject matter experts 
• Translates business needs into meaningful metrics, reports, and visualization tools 
• Adheres to data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and department standards for reporting and handling sensitive data 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

• ​​Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days 
• Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days 
• Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days 

Education Required:

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or related field. 

Experience Required:

• Typically requires 0 to 2 years of experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Remote work environment 
• Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job 
• Minimal travel outside of workplace is required and incumbent may be exposed to weather and road conditions
