Operations & Dispatch Coordinator

About the Role  

TheAssistant Operation Manager will helpmove the operations team forwardusing sound management techniques and create an environment of success and positive reinforcement. Helpingdepartment managersand teams succeed in their daily tasks and ensuringtimely delivery of services whilemaintaining a constant focus on safety are of paramount importance to the Assistant Manager role. 

Responsibility Profile:  

• Ensure teams know their assigned job duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. 

• Provide open communication to team members for transparency and mutual understanding. 

• Help employees be successful in completing their daily tasks. 

• Provide support to other managers, dispatchers, drivers, attendants, and other employees. 

• Train employees onnew programs as necessary. 

• Provide feedback and coaching as necessary to ensure employeesremainsafe and compliant. 

• Analyze reports and data to ensure accuracy. 

• Attend meetings, conferences, and companyevents as necessary. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Three (3) yearsof transportationworkingexperience or equivalent. 
• Must obtain a class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger. We will cover all costs to obtain.

• One (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred. 

• High School Diploma. 
• Knowledge of DOT and Safety regulations preferred.
