Senior Associate - Application Lead

• Develop and maintain application interfaces on tools such as Tibco Middleware, IBM WebSphere, etc.
• They should have the ability to develop integration flows and technically own and manage various elements of the solution.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Engineer who will build and maintain the systems that support AI and machine learning applications, working to ensure the systems are scalable, efficient, and reliable, lead a team of engineers, and work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy, manage and scale AI systems, as well as support model activity and deployment infrastructure in cloud environments
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, guardrails, and frameworks for LLM-powered applications
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, setting technical direction and code quality standards
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Conduct code reviews, technical interviews, and contribute to a strong engineering culture
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ Years Required, and 7+ years preferred, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Strong proficiency in Python and AWS
