Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing practices and to drive improvements in overall product quality and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and implement effective testing strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
