Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aPurchasing Direct Supervisorlocated inGuadalajara, South Campus.

This role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment, and direct/coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement.

What a typical day looks like:

• Placing purchase orders.
• Expediting materials.
• Managing PO pushouts and cancellations.
• Monitoring and reviewing purchasing KPIs.
• Managing inventory.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering).
• Mid-level experience in direct procurement. I
• Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
• Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• ERP experience (BAAN preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Diligent follow-up.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
