This is you

• Acompleted master's degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
• Enthusiasm for topics at the intersection ofmarketing and sales
• A passion for working in anintercultural context is something that describes you
• Initialpractical experience gained throughinternships or working student positions
• You areopenfor change, highlyadaptable,fast at picking up new tasks, and have aresults-oriented mindset
• Last but not least, you speak German? Super! And English? Great!

This is our program and what you will do

• As part of theindividual career journey, you’llrotate through differentfocus areas within sales and marketing, such as product and brand management, online and performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, key account management, CRM, and omni-channel management
• You will take onchallenging tasks both in day-to-day business and in cross-functional projects, while building a broad network within the company
• The duration of the program depends on your individual development stages and is based on a timeframe of approximately two years
