Rejoignez Hitachi Energy et contribuez à la réalisation de projets HVDC stratégiques en France et à l’international. En tant queSite Quality Engineer, vous garantissez l’excellence qualité durant l’exécution des projets sur site, en veillant à la conformité des travaux, à la satisfaction client et à l’amélioration continue dans un environnement international exigeant et innovant.

Votre impact

  • DĂ©ployer et piloter les processus et outils QualitĂ© sur site afin de garantir la conformitĂ© aux exigences clients, contractuelles et rĂ©glementaires.

  • Former et accompagner les Ă©quipes et sous-traitants sur les standards QualitĂ© et les systèmes de contrĂ´le associĂ©s.

  • Superviser les inspections, essais et activitĂ©s de contrĂ´le qualitĂ© sur les phases civiles, mĂ©caniques, Ă©lectriques et de mise en service.

  • Assurer le suivi des non-conformitĂ©s, Ă©carts, punch lists et plans d’actions correctifs jusqu’à leur rĂ©solution.

  • Fournir une visibilitĂ© claire sur la performance QualitĂ© du projet via les KPI et le reporting aux parties prenantes.

  • Participer aux audits internes et fournisseurs et promouvoir une culture d’amĂ©lioration continue.

  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les Ă©quipes projet, les partenaires et les clients pour garantir une exĂ©cution sĂ»re, conforme et performante.

Votre profil

  • DiplĂ´me en ingĂ©nierie, qualitĂ© ou domaine technique associĂ©.

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expĂ©rience en qualitĂ© chantier, qualitĂ© opĂ©rationnelle ou projets EPC.

  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de management de la qualitĂ© et de la norme ISO 9001.

  • ExpĂ©rience dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des infrastructures ou de l’industrie lourde.

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication, coordination et rĂ©solution de problèmes.

  • MaĂ®trise du français et de l’anglais.

  • MobilitĂ© pour des affectations longue durĂ©e sur des projets en France et Ă  l’international.

This role is based at ourCherbourg-en-Cotentin (Normandie) site and requires an onsite presence5 days per week.

The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in delivering strategic HVDC projects across France and internationally. As aSite Quality Engineer, you will drive quality excellence during site execution, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a dynamic and innovative global environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the deployment and execution of site quality processes and tools, ensuring compliance with customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

  • Train and support site teams and contractors on quality standards and quality management systems.

  • Oversee inspections, testing, and quality control activities during civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning phases.

  • Manage non-conformities, deviations, punch lists, and corrective action plans through to closure.

  • Provide clear visibility of project quality performance through KPIs and stakeholder reporting.

  • Support internal and supplier audits while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, compliant, and successful project delivery.

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site quality, operational quality, or EPC project environments.

  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Experience within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Willingness to relocate for long-term assignments in France and internationally.
