Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various critical business systems. Your role involves carefully analyzing system components to identify root causes and ensuring smooth operation by providing timely solutions. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be a key part of your daily activities to maintain system reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and performance.- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues before they impact business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.- Ability to write efficient and maintainable code for database procedures and functions.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).- This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
