Intern, Ops Excellence

Job Description

As an Ops Excellence Intern, you’ll support efforts to improve operational efficiency, process consistency, and customer experience within the Hotels & SNAP (Flight+Hotel) business.

You will work across day-to-day operational activities and process improvement initiatives, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, operational tracking, and identifying process trends or inefficiencies. The role provides exposure to how data is used to monitor operations, support decision-making, and improve processes within a fast-paced travel environment.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, solving structured problems, and understanding how business operations work end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Handle operational follow-ups, data updates, and admin tasks.
• Collect, clean, and check operational data.
• Analyse data to find trends, errors, and inefficiencies.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Monitor operational KPIs and flag issues.
• Help investigate problems with Operations and other teams.
• Suggest improvements to recurring issues and processes.
• Document workflows and SOPs.
• Support UAT/testing and record results.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Google Docs, and  Google Slides.
• Basic data analysis/statistics knowledge.

Good to have

• Experience working with Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, charts, and basic data analysis.
• Data visualization/reporting experience.
• Exposure to business analytics, operations, or process improvement.
• Experience with SOPs/process mapping.
• Ability to explain data findings clearly.
