WearelookingforanexperiencedIT Operations Manager, EuropetoleadregionalITsupportservicesacrossourEuropeanlocations. In this role, you will ensure reliable, responsive, and business-focused technology operations. You will work closely with business, operations, plant and site leadership, and global IT teams to resolve technologychallenges,strengthenservicedelivery,managetheregionalITbudget,developtheITteam,andpresentoperationalperformanceandKPIstoITleadership.

• LeadregionalITsupportservicesacrossEuropeanlocations,includingincidents,servicerequests,escalations,andrecurringtechnologyissues.

• Buildstrongrelationshipswithbusiness,operations,plant,andsiteleaders,actingastheregionalITliaisonandescalationpoint.

• DrivecontinuousimprovementinITprocesses,servicequality,standardization,automation,governance,compliance,anduserexperience.

• Mentor andcoachITteammembers,strengtheningaccountability,technicalcapability,collaboration,andacustomer-focusedservicemindset.

• Usemonitoringtechnologies,dashboards,alertingplatforms,AIchatbots,knowledgetools,andself-serviceautomationtoimprovevisibilityandenableproactiveissuemanagement.

• ManagetheregionalITbudget,vendors,serviceproviders,costtracking,andforecasts.

• MonitoroperationalKPIs,servicetrends,andrisks,andpresentperformanceresultsandimprovementplanstoITleadership.

About you:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinInformationTechnology,ComputerScience,Business,Engineering,orarelatedfield,orequivalentprofessionalexperience.

• 7+yearsofprogressiveITexperienceinITsupport,infrastructure,servicedelivery,oroperationswithinaglobalmanufacturingenvironment.

• Experienceleading,mentoring,ormanagingtechnicalteams.

• StrongknowledgeofITservicemanagement,incidentandrequestfulfilment,escalationmanagement,assetmanagement,CMDB,operationalgovernance,andcontinuousimprovement.

• ExperienceusingITmonitoringtechnologies,operationaldashboards,alertingplatforms,andservice-performancereporting.

• ExperiencepresentingoperationalKPIsandserviceresultstoITleadership.

• Practicalexperiencebuilding,managing,orsupportingAIchatbots,virtualagents,knowledgemanagementsolutions,orself-serviceautomation.

• Workingknowledgeofprogrammingorscriptinglanguages,suchasPython,forautomation,dataanalysis,integrations,oroperationalreporting.

• Demonstratedabilitytocollaboratewithbusinessandoperationsleadersandmanagebudgetsandexternalvendors.

• Strongcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithbothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders.

• WillingnesstotravelwithinEuropeasrequired.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITILFoundationoranotherrelevantITservicemanagementcertification.

• ExperienceworkinginaglobalenterpriseITenvironmentwithmatrixreportingrelationships.

• FamiliaritywithMicrosoft365,endpointmanagement,networkoperations,identityservices,collaborationtools,andenterpriseservicedeskplatformssuchasIvantiandServiceNow.

• Experiencepresentingservicehealth,operationalmetrics,riskindicators,andimprovementplanstoseniorITleaders.

• MultilingualcapabilitiesorexperienceworkingacrossdifferentEuropeancountriesandcultures.

The salary range for this position is 5800EUR gross – 6800 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
