We are currently recruiting for aProcess Engineering Technicianto join our team. The role will involve the following responsibilities:Â
Primary FunctionÂ
Responsible for thehands‑on operation and maintenance of critical plant, utilities, and equipment.Â
Maximise availability of FUE (Facilities, Utilities & Equipment) and carry outday‑to‑day preventative and demand maintenance activities.Â
Support manufacturing, facilities, electrical systems, and associated processes.Â
Ensure all critical plant services and processes aremaintained to the highest standards.Â
Oversee daily maintenance ofClean‑in‑Place (CIP) process skids and related equipment.Â
Liaise with internal and external engineering personnel and contract maintenance providers for troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of equipment related to critical FUE or process equipment in manufacturing areas.Â
Contribute to the Energy Management Programme and support initiatives to reduce energy usage and costs.Â
Major ResponsibilitiesÂ
Perform daily preventative and demand maintenance activities.Â
Coordinate and oversee external contractors performing maintenance or breakdown services.Â
Troubleshoot,fault‑find, andmaintain equipment and plant systems to ensure proper operation and service levels.Â
Develop a strong understanding of cleanroom HVAC systems, equipment, and utilities to diagnose and resolve issues.Â
Resolve technical problems efficiently to support operations.Â
Ensure equipment and systems meet legal, divisional, and corporate standards.Â
Maintain high safety standards and adhere to safe working practices.Â
Communicate effectively with plant management, corporate teams, and divisional engineering.Â
EducationÂ
A relevantthird‑level qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline, or a recognised trade qualification with relevant experience, isrequired to support the responsibilities of this role with a minimum of 3years experience in a similar role. Experience working within a regulated environment would be an advantageÂ
Hours of WorkÂ
4 consecutive dayscomprising of 2 days and 2 nights and 4 consecutive days off between shiftsÂ
Days - 7am to 7pmÂ
Nights - 7pm to 7amÂ
